The cost of delivery anywhere in Australia is a flat rate of $7.00
The cost of delivery anywhere in New Zealand is flat rate of $15.00
Please note that orders received after 2pm will be sent the following working day.
After ordering online, you will receive an email conformation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via mail within 2-3 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). If a Marked Private code is used and is effective, the item cannot be returned.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
